• You can book up to a maximum of 14 days in advance from today's date. It remains possible to book well in advance, only private events, subject to a confirmatory deposit, which the restaurant will not refund in the event of a No Show;

 

• Once you have made your reservation through the web engine, you will receive an email confirming the validity of the reservation with all the corresponding information. If you do not receive confirmation of your reservation or if the information in the confirmation is incorrect, please contact the restaurant. Unless otherwise indicated for interior or exterior, in the "NOTES" field, tables will be assigned as available;

 

• If you wish to change the booking date or the number of diners, the request will be granted provided it is made with a minimum of notice and based on seat availability, by canceling the old reservation and making a new one, or by contacting the restaurant by email or at 3880507761;

 

• In the event that you could not show up for the appointment or in the event that the agreed time could not be respected, for any eventuality and respecting the work of others, we invite you to notify us in a timely manner. A delay of more than 15 minutes will result in the cancellation of the reservation;

 

• Report, already during the booking phase, any INTOLERANCES and/or ALLERGIES;

 

• To ensure proper service, we recommend that children be at least 5 years old and supervised by their parents, maintaining their seats, devices without volume, calm tones, and care for the venue's furnishings. Failure to comply with these rules could result in the charging of an additional fee;

 

• In case of No Show with reservation made through GIFT CARD, the voucher will be cancelled.
